What the hell is wrong with uplay?

I am trying to play revelations which I bought recently in the sale and although I can log into ubisoft website fine, but uplay doesn't recognise my existing password

I had this with Anno earlier, just kept jabbing log in, and eventually it let me in.

Question.

I have Batman AC, with all the DLC. When I started it up for the first time last week it asked for a CD key, so I pasted the standard key from steam. However, all the DLC comes with its own key, but do I have to actively "tell" the game that I have this DLC for it to activate? If so, where do I do that?

Right click on Arkham City. View DLC and then copy the code from there.

Voted for terraria, just to be different & I already have Bastion. Just waiting for the last bit of LA Noire to download.

Now deciding weather or not St. Row 3rd is worth the buy as GW2 is out soon and that will take most of my gaming time.

I had to enter the 3 DLC codes into GFWL by pressing the home button and typing them in for some reason it wouldn't let me copy and paste them in.

I'm being a bit dumb, I know where to get my keys from (usually just press shift + tab in game), but the question is.. What do I do with them
