Hmmm.. I do want to play them but my "haven't started" games list keeps on increasing and I keep saying I shouldn't buy more games until I've finished what I already have lol. So I only want to buy one of them.. I guess buy the first, then when I'm through with that which will probs be in a while, 2 should be on sale again!

I was exactly in this situation and of this frame of mind going into the sale...3 days later and I have purchased:

- Batman Arkham City + DLC
- Trine 2
- From Dust

All for approx. £20!

what do people think of fallout new vegas worth it play 3 and liked it just wasnt sure on this one as i had maxed my fallout intake when this came out so never bothered with it.

Cheeky but does anyone fancy gifting me Fallout 3 GOTY? I'll pay them back when I have the money via bank transfer or Paypal (start work on the 23rd).

Somebody helped me out with Half-Life so its worth a shot! :p

I'll get it for you & deliver it via steam later tonight after I get in from work if you want.

Just checking you're not on Windows 7 as a couple of posts up from this someone has put:-

Fallout 3 GOTY Edition is finally on sale but this little tidbit of info had me worried:

Notice: Fallout 3 is not optimized for Windows 7

Will it not work on Windows 7 properly?

Do you want me to get it or not?

Alan.

Just bought Napoleon Total War as it's the only game in the Total War series I haven't tried. I'm liking it so far, though it's a bit strange going backwards in the series having played Shogun 2.

Had a play yesterday on the copy of Toy Soldiers that I picked up. What a great little game!

If you are into tower defense at all or fancy a strategy game 'lite' its brilliant. You can also take control of your units and its fun strafing/bombing the enemy in a biplane or taking control of a Vickers machine gun and mowing down advancing toy Germans.

Keep an eye out for that one coming back.

Bought it myself but not yet played it yet, but from the videos I have watched it looks very neat.

why get the game of the year edition its cheaper buying the standard and adding the dlc to it

You sure?

Although not as good as 3 (not played the first 2 yet) It is still a very very good game and well worth playing through.

I was going to pick up Fallout 3 GOTY, but I've already got it on the PS3 so didn't really want to buy it again :(

New Vegas is good and if you liked the previous instalment, there's absolutely no reason why you wouldn't like it. But saying that, I didn't fall in love with New Vegas in the same way I did for FO3 (probably because it wasn't really anything new, just more of the same - no bad thing, mind you!).

So, yes, New Vegas is definitely worth it if you enjoyed FO3 - just don't expect anything ground breaking from it.

I'd really appreciate it mate :) for £3.74 its worth a risk, I've tried it before and its hit and miss, you can have two machines of the exact same hardware and it'll run perfect on one and terrible on the other.

Do you have Paypal/Online Banking? Need to make sure I can pay you back.

Steam app doesn't appear to be working correctly for me, really want to purchase Dead Space pack and Fallout NV for PC, but it's not loading forms correctly. Can't change some of the payment info.
Finish work earlier today thankfully so hopefully they are still on the go this evening.

I should really add the Trine pack to the list also but I so rarely play games!

It isn't cheaper doing it that way! The DLC total alone comes to more than the Ultimate Edition is going for, let lone when you add the game to the DLC.

£7.49 for the Ultimate Edition vs £12.28 Regular Game + DLC

is it worth buying the dlc (goty edition) of new vegas or is it just worth getting the standard game?
is the dlc any good?

I'd get the DLC version personally, if you enjoy the game you get a lot more bang for your buck and it works out much cheaper in the end.
