***** Pictures of things we bought in July 2012 *****

Much and where from if you don't mind me asking?

Need to replace my 8 yo Sauconys... burst the heel and it makes an annoying squeak when running now :p

I went to Frank Elford a running specialist as my previous trainers where not supporting me well and had a Gait Analysis which suggested these would suit me well, and they feel great compared to my old ones.

They were £70 http://www.frankelfordsports.co.uk/

my new off-road trail trainers - normally run in Kayano 17s - but was told that they are providing too much support now my technique has improved (gait analysis)

Is this the month when everyone buys the same style of shoes? Three on two pages that look extremely similar. Oh, that reminds me...

It was a bit odd, someone said I should not buy the cheap whiskey and that I should buy cognac instead, many people laughed at him and called him a fool. The posts were deleted and he was suspended, so a good result. :D

Makers Mark is nice, I must admit I only bought it as it was on offer and I had run out of Gentleman Jack. I usually drink Gentleman or Woodford reserve but this has defiantly worked its way into my favourite list, as you say it is a good drink.

I was only aware of the 46 stuff the other day, at £60 a bottle it is a little too rich for me, but I may find an excuse to treat myself to a bottle after I have finished this one. :)

Yeah I know who it was, love the fact that he's 17 and telling you that you shouldn't be drinking cheap bourbon and that you should be drinking Cognac instead. Lol whatever. Reach the legal drinking age first before you pretend to know something about fine spirits.

Keep an eye on Master Of Malt. Lists between £35 - £50 when in stock. Atm it's down as £35.95 :)

You gotta be out of your god damn mind to pay that for a tub of protein, unless its a bucket tub!

It will be a bucket. I paid about that for my bucket a few years ago and I still haven't used it all yet. Its about twice as cheap as the rubbish stuff you get from holland and barret when its on offer at half price and its much much better quality.

And after a few posts in here, I have something to contribute. My new set of gaming headphones for my PC. Corsair Vengeance 2000's :) Purchased from OcUK last week, they arrived on Friday :) I'm still getting used to them, but having no wires is absolutely brilliant when gaming. I keep trying to move cables, old habit I guess :)

A bag of flour is better than what you get from H&B lol.

Wooo, have fun Megahurtz when you go. Don't worry about keeping us updated, you'll be having far too much fun but a few words when you get back would be cool.
