a bucket has lasted you a few years? how often are you using it? whats the point using it once a week![]()
I use it to get protein after a workout if I haven't got dinner ready for when I get home. I am not a body builder and generally have an alright diet so its an occasional supplement. I play hockey, climb and do muay thai along with plenty of other sports so I don't want to be big but its helps with the recovery sometimes.
I guess I am quite lucky that I don't need to do too much to put on muscle when I actually train.
