Sugru

Ha I just ordered some of this last week, used it to replace a missing camera grip, smells a bit funky but is doing the job well and pretty cheap still. Already thought of a lot more uses for it too, shame I missed out on the half price code :(

It's awesome stuff, I thought of a use for it a while ago, can't remember what now though :o

Ordered a pack anyway :D

Hmm looks interesting. May be perfect for supporting the end of headphone cables that always seem to weaken (where rigid joint meets the flexible cable)

That's what I was thinking! The earphones I am listening to right now have had something go wrong at the jack and now I have to twist it a certain way and keep it there for the left channel to work.

Ordered some about 6 months ago and fixed a tear at the end of my laptop charger cable. All good now, except I had white because the seller had no black left.

Hmm i wonder how waterproof this is, looks ideal to patch up a hole in my drysuit boot. Got a feeling it wont handle pressure changes that well though

Might be worth a try

David resealed a link in the cooling system of his car where it needed to withstand temps of 80C and high pressure too.

Tom re-lined the inside of his wakeboarding boots, where he needed to reseal the foam, make the boots fit perfectly and be smooth enough to make them super easy to step in and out of..

Ordered some, thanks OP. Was brought to my attention many months ago, and totally forgotten about! I have a few ideas of my own. I wonder if it can be laser cut once cured . . . . ?

I bought some polymorph plastic recently, full of enthusiasm for creating an array of doubtlessly exciting and infinitely useful little widgets. I've done basically nothing with it, so I won't get any of this, even though it's sorely tempting! :(
