Corsair Vengeance Blue 16GB
Arctic Cooling Freezer i30
Intel i5-3570K
Asus P8Z77-V

Specifically, I would like to know if the cooler will fit without obstracting the RAM slots.

Also, if they wont fit, I would like to know what cooler will fit this setup while being at the same price range as the i30 and perform similarly to it.

EDIT: Don't tell me 16GB is too much as I actually intend to use them with my virtual machines (4 at the same time).

That Matterhorn Pure is alright but I still prefer the i30 as it has higher airflow at lower RPM + I really like it's design.

So would the Corsair Vengeance Blue Low Profile fit with the i30 or the i30 is a no go for me at all with standard positioning.

What if it is fitted so that the fan is at the bottom side and the airflow going upwards? Would it still not fit with the normal Corsair Vengeance (I really LOVE their design).
 
You should be ok with standard size heatsinks on the ram with the cooler.

But have a look at the ram in my link in post 2.
