I've got a search saved on AutoTrader to see what pops up and for the last couple few weeks, there's been sod all. Where am I going wrong?

Search is:
Ford
Mondeo
<7 Years Old
Petrol
<80k Miles
£1000-£4000
Keyword "ghia x"
Within 60 Miles

Results- 2!

If i drop it to <10 Years I get 12, but none of them is a 2.0 Petrol Manual.

It's a similar story where I am too. I guess most Mondeos are bought as company cars, and so get specced as diesels - there are loads of those that fit the rest of your criteria!

I'd like an ST220 but only with LPG. Otherwise, my other ideal mondeos are:

2.2TDCI Ghia X Auto
2.0 Ghia X Facelift in good nick with a towbar.

Didn't think I was asking for too much to be honest! I already have a 2.0 Ghia X that I bought 2 years ago for £2600 and there were a few to choose from at the time.

Didn't titanium x replace ghia x as the top spec a few years ago?
No they introduced Titanium X late on in the Mk3's life but they ran alongside (and still do) the Ghia X. The Ghia X has always been the less desirable one to most people because of the fake wood and so is usually cheaper.

Having said all that, there's no titanium x's either.

It's mainly psychological, but I'd rather eat my own face than sacrifice the 'X'. If I'm going to get one, I want the right spec, and leather heated seats are high on my list.
