OCUK Order

I have made a order friday at 1am and pay for next day Saturday still say Printed in our warehouse at 2:30pm ask if geting it saturday said yes then call them back at 16:30 had me on hold for 10mins call them at 17:30 said be here saturday but 18:00pm still say In our warehouse queue call them saturday and get my money back never order from here now

I will look into this tomorrow. I am not at work tomorrow but I will ensure that everything is resolved for you and I will let you know what I can do. Unfortunately there is nothing I can do tonight as I have no access to work from home, however tomorrow morning I shall contact my colleagues and ensure that we can do what we can for you.

Also, I need to find out who you spoke to on the phone too, as it is not on being told one thing and then it not happening. That is not what we want here at OcUK, so maybe it was a genuine mistake however it is something I will look into to make sure it does not happen again, not only that to make sure you are happy too. :)

Sorry for what has happened so far, but I am sure I can turn it around for you. However, if it has not been shipped now then unfortunately it will not be with you tomorrow, but I am sure I can sort it out tomorrow as we have a collection tomorrow morning for delivery Monday and I will see what I can do for the error we have made. :)
 
call them 3 time to day all i got was liars

May not be liars, they could be telling you one thing they can see on their system meaning it should be out for dispatch, however there may be a problem in the warehouse which is more crucial as to why it is not shipped. Calling us liars isn't going to resolve the problem, but reading my post above and posting in the Customer Service will. :)
 
If in the warehouse queue this means it is stuck in our warehouse queuing to be picked, packed and dispatched. So it seems to me his order has been held up by error somewhere, unfortunately I cannot look into it now. But I am sure I can look into it in the morning for him and obviously refund the shipping costs due to the inconvenience and the delays and also find out who he spoke to, so it ensures it does not happen again.
 
Wouldn't that be the delivery company rather than OC?

I believe he is referring to OcUK. - The order has not left us yet according to what he is saying. So he has called us today to see if his order would be dispatched today, and he has been told yes on two occasions, however for whatever reason it has not ended up on DPDs trailer. I believe he is more annoyed due to someone on the phone telling him it would be dispatched, so this is something I need to look into and find out where the fault lies.

You win some you lose some - can't please everyone all the time...mistakes happen, no point coming on a forum and making accusations lol :)
 
God I could only wish that there were folk like 5UB at other places I have to use, my life and phone bill would be 10 times easier/cheaper.

You never called me personally, but yes you may have called OcUK. And like I said above it is unusual for this to happen and I am happy to resolve this tomorrow morning for you (by either contacting colleagues, or driving down to the HQ myself, I know I shouldn't have to, but that is how dedicated I am to my job). I need to find out what has happened and who you spoke to, do you know if it was the same person you spoke to 3 times, or was it different people?

Lets face it, not every company or person in the whole world is perfect. However the way the problems are addressed, investigated, and resolved is the way a company or person can prove that good customer service is in place.

I hope you can understand that I am trying to help you.

But currently I sat at home at 7:30pm, waiting for my dinner to finish cooking in the oven, so there is not a lot I can do right now.

Normally there is not a lot I can do tomorrow as it is my day off and I am putting my car in for an MOT in the morning, having my haircut in the afternoon, then spending time with my nan and grandad in the afternoon. I don't have to tell you this, however maybe it makes you understand that I am human too, and I am willing to help you when I possibly can which will be in the morning around 9am which is when OcUK are open again.

I can understand your frustration if you have been told the wrong things over the phone, however just give me the one chance to put things straight. :)

If that is what you would prefer then I can cancel the entire order for you. Do you have a mobile number which I could take from you in the Customer Service forum and I could possibly talk to you from my own mobile now? (Can't really talk about the order as such as I cannot see the order, I don't know what you have ordered, or anything)

I cannot look into the order but it means we are talking directly and not on a forum, and maybe via phone I can work out what has happened.
 
call the man at 16:30 2nd time he but me on hold for 6 min when to the warehouse to see my Orders was and he said cant find warehouse manager then said ring me back in 15min and he did not so i call back and he said be with me sat
