Look, this is the worst advert I have EVER, EVER seen.

(The one where the guy gets hit by a bazooka)

Its supposed to be a sendup, but God...its the worst one yet I think.

At least there will be some escape when the olympics are on, and golf is helping atm.

These adverts are just ott annoying, I see theres a tactic of having a annoying advert so it sticks in peoples heads. But ****, at least safestyle's ad isn't shown during every commercial break at all times of day.

Why there is no campaign to get these ad's off the air I have no idea.
 
I don't even get what this one is supposed to be about?

Actually love the Safestyle one, probbaly as you say as it isn't shoved down your throat at every opportunity. And don't forget, that's 0800 106 107!!:D
 
I think its about the public being annoyed with the go compare ad's so they blew him up to show how they understand how annoying it is.

But its more annoying than the previous ones imo.
 
I seriously hate the go compare adverts, probably more than anyone. However, I found this latest one rather amusing and do actually like it, because that is what I want to do. I was just dissapointed that he climbed out of the hole at the end, but they have to show that.

Those two always pop into my head when someone says 'Autoglass', or Washing machines'.
 
Commercials are just evil. Period. I avoid them like the plague. Even mute them during movies.

But I cant really grumble - you guys have to see the TV in Asia to beleive it. On a recent holiday to India I can safetly say that their tv is even worse than American TV when it comes to commercial breaks & scrolling banners (DURING a show!). We dont know how lucky we are to be without that.

Indeed. I can only watch the beeb nowadays.
