Well I am really stumped now. It does not make any sense. People (like Syndicate (he's a n00b)) make so much money from YouTube. It says my videos are allowed to be monetized, but two of them (all are from games) say that they contain copyrighted content even though people make money from making videos like that?
I know I am not allowed to make an Adsense on my name so I am going to make it on my dad's name. Not sure how to get the banner at the top of my page now?

I had the same problem, except it was for fairground rides. You can hear the music being played by the ride operator but the main thing you hear is screaming from the kids who were on that ride at the time. I don't know how I've broken copyright law there, since it's the machine my viewers and myself are interested in, not the music.
 
You have to be partnered to get a banner. As for those making a **** tonne of money from making gameplay videos, they have contracts with people like Machinima.

As Far as I can tell, Monetization is just having ads at the side/in of your video which will get you a bit of money. Partnership gives you the full bells and whistles such as the banner, ability to upload custom thumbnails, etc.

Depends, the more views you get the more money you make. A couple of years ago I believe it used to be a dollar or two per 1,000 views for partnered channels that had to be free of unauthorised copyrighted material. Videos that get views into the millions can earn thousands of dollars for that single video. I'm not sure if it's different in regards to copyrighted material like games however.

This can easily lead to 'Youtube whoring' though which is why you may see a thumbnail with large breasted women in it and not see them in the video or misleading titles for example. Another example of this is having 2, 3 or 4 different channels owned by the same person as if their main channel is partnered they instantly get to partner their second, third, fourth channels etc.
