Battered motherboard box - recommendations?

So new motherboard arrived today. It was wrapped in a decent layer of bubble wrap in a DPD bag, but somehow its taken a pretty serious hit.

Having inspected the board, one of the RAM support/clip things is dislodged, so the impact did hit the board.

So my question is, how do I proceed? Obviously I can just install it and test it as I realise the RAM clips are only plastic to hold the memory in place, and I believe they will do that job, but my concern is that there may be some other minor damage that will mean it will run, but be unstable. I've owned systems in the past like that and its an utter nightmare, not one I would wish to repeat.

Am I being over cautious? Should I install it and only worry about it if I find it unstable, or should I look to return it?
 
that looks like its been stomped on by somebody tbh. i'd return it for a new one, cant be sure what damage is done to the circuits
 
Ok, that's a fairly unanimous response :) I was half expecting to be told not to be a pansy and just test it

Are you okay for me to collect the motherboard from you today? We have one motherboard left here, so I can send this out today ensure it is packaged really well and ensure it ships for delivery tomorrow. :)

What can I say, you just don't get service like this anywhere else.

Collection today would be absolutely fine. I'll be in the office tomorrow, can I trust you my work address and have the replacement sent there please?

Will collect from the address it is delivered from. As for shipping to you, if you can trust me your work address shall get it sent there tomorrow. :)
