Well, we had two old PCs in the shed ouside and my mam was going to throw them out. I thought I may as well just pull them apart and see what was inside.

Well this is what I found, any of it actually any good back when it was made?

that thing there is good. and that one over there! and that too!

kinda hard to see what is good when all we can see is what part it is...lol

There is a
Maxtor 4D040H2 40GB HDD
Seagate ST3160811AS 160GB HDD
connect3D ATI Radeon X800 GTO
Kingston KVR 512MB RAM Sticks (Two sticks)
Infineon 256MB RAM Stick (One stick)

Not sure on the rest, both PSU appear to be generic cheap brands. One of the motherboards is WinFast and the other doesn't seem to have anything on it.

Are the sticks of RAM DDR? is the HDD's sata or IDE? Sell it all on fleabay (seperetly) will get around (sorry can't say, no price checks)

The RAM is DDR, the Seagate drive appears to be SATA and the Maxtor one is IDE. All of the 4 optical drive and the 2 floppy drives are IDE. Not to sure what AMD CPUs there are on the motherboards, don't really want to remove them without and thermal paste to reapply the cooler.

I don't think the cases are worth anything, one is an old Packard Bell case and the other is just a cheap one for a custom build from a fair few years ago.

Wow, better than my old PC  you could sell all of it seperately for quite a bit in total :)

I'm no good at selling electronics, probably stick it in the draw with my Q6600, XMS2 and Asus P5Q. Also got a 9600GT and 5770 in there. Wonder if one of these PSUs would power it.

It will go with the rest of my PC related stuff in my room.

Either of these 4 places.

Probably time to sell some off and invest in some storage space.
