All I Was is the upcoming debut solo studio album by Mark Tremonti, the lead guitarist for the American rock bands Creed and Alter Bridge. Produced by Michael "Elvis" Baskette, the album was released on July 17, 2012, and it is a speed metal album, making it a departure from Tremonti's previous work. It will also showcase the debut of Tremonti as a lead vocalist and will feature rhythm guitarist and bassist Eric Friedman and drummer Garrett Whitlock, both former members of Submersed. The album's lead single, "You Waste Your Time," was released on May 7, 2012.

Just been listening to this, it's very, very good. Well worth a listen if you like rock/metal/etc.

Finally got to listen to some of this in the car this morning. So far, amazing!! Huge fan of AB, so I was expecting to like this anyway, but it is really very good

Excellent guitarist.. Didn't realise he had a solo album coming out, but not suprising given the song he did lead vocals on for AB3.

Will definitely be checking this one out.

I've been playing it through from start to finish afew times per day since getting it on Monday, I love it!
Wish you well is being played the most though, once it gets to the 1 min 40 mark its fantastic.

Cheers for the heads up on this cd. Just downloaded it from I tunes. Listened through twice, it's blimmin' excellent!

And he's not as grating as Myles Kennedy.
