How Do You Start Your Day?

I know this is just one more time wasting thread, but its Sunday

So what do you start your day off with. This is my one:)

Monday to Friday go to gym 6am. Till 7:30am

For Breakfast I have

Cod liver oil with honey
Centrum multivitamin
Berocca
Whey Protein
High performance Creatine.
 
is there actually any food in that breakfast :confused: it all sounds a bit weird to me.
maybe you should consider a bowl of cheesy chips for breakfast, lunch and dinner ;)

If you're going to the gym and stressing you're body so early in the day you need some proper food! Get some bacon and egg down yer neck me laddo!:)

I normally start the day off with a cuppa.
 
I generally start by opening my eyes and having a massive fart. Then it depends if I have work or not, if I do, I chill until work, if not I take the dogs for a walk and take the little 'un out somewhere.

And for lunch you must take a liquid dump...


I start the day with a nice shower with the mrs, and I can't think of anything better.

Edit; after reading thread again it seems like this is a "oh look what I eat for breakfast because I work out in a gym" thread?

Well that was me about 9 weeks ago till I went mad and joined a gym. I stopped eating most bad things and stop drinking pop and coffee. just have green tea and water.
9 weeks later I have dropped 2 stone and feel great.
 
I woke up and ripped apart 2 PC's and got to work making .."The One"

Other than that breakfast of Fried polish sausage with fired mushroom , 2 eggs boiled, toast with olive oil butter, tomato dip and salt and pepper all accopanied by a cup of yorkshire Tea


and then i might go climbing or taking photos or both.
