Case Recommendations?

Hey, looking at getting a new case. Preferably a bit smaller and quieter than my current Antec P182.

Requirements:
Reasonably Quiet
Good Cable Management
Small, but not so small I am sacrificing easy cable management or airflow.
Fit modern graphics cards. Currently on GTX470 but looking at GTX670.
Conservative design. Nothing with too many flashing LED's etc.
Budget £50-£200

Currently looking at the Fractal Define R4 or perhaps one of the new Antec cases?

What about the Shinobi mid-tower? Unfortunately the noise-dampened one is out of stock thpough.

They all look a bit cheap (I have only looked at them now for a couple of minutes so may have got the wrong impression). Is there one in particular you were recommending? I can only see "Gaming" ones with lots of fans and then it goes into their XL range?

Fractal design arc midi, or a fractal r3/4? All are pretty understated with good cooling and cable management.
