It's nothing to be ashamed of, you emotional cripple.

1) As a child the film that used to get me was Sinbad and the Eye of the Tiger... the bit where the sabre-toothed tiger killed the Cyclops. I used to blub my bloody eyes out every time.
I cry at practically any remotely emotional film. Like, literally anything.
He had bowel cancer. Tugged the heart strings.5) On TV the other day was a program called DIY SOS about a family whose father was afflicted with Cancer and had less than a year left... they were living, destitute with two children, in a derilict house (that they had bought to renovate before he became terminally ill) that was so run down they were all sleeping in the same room. One of their friends called to get the team in, and they started renovating it. The magic was when all the local builders heard about the story, they came in droves to give their free time to help, with no ulterior motives, and it was probably one of the most touching and heartwarming piece of television I have seen in a long time. I recommend people watch it, think it's on iPlayer for another day or so http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b010v01y
That's all I can think of for now.
American Beauty - The end for some reason resonates through me.
