Mocking Gary Barlow..

I suppose because he's famous, rightly or wrongly. In the same way if the Queen dies right now, I expect it will front page news tomorrow, despite the fact loads of people die and she was just born into the role. :p

It must be horrendous for a women to carry full term and then have to deliver a dead baby.

Don't think she carried to term, did something not occur, (lack of movement etc) and then induction would be the usual method of removing the foetus in the late stages of pregnancy. It is referred to as a stillbirth, but it quite different to the child dying during labour. I thought a midwife told me she was several weeks early. Might be wrong, but I completely agree with your comment, after our daughter was born, we waited for 3 minutes of oxygen puffs for her to breathe, it was simply the most awful period of time, but thankfully she did breathe and all went well.

As I said in another tread, there is a specific offence of making threats, the fact that he was not arrested for this suggests that the threat was not taken seriously.

What offence is that??
Depending on what circumstance threats are made, and the very nature of the threat will determine what legislation it falls under.

In the Tom Daley matter, threatening to drown him in the pool and threatening to shoot some other random who was mugging the troll off is grounds for arrest for malicious communications.

Somebody needs to roll out that Voltaire quote.

The guy is a class A idiot. I cannot imagine much worse than having to carry a baby, be told its dead and then have to give birth to the dead baby.

Is this the same guy who claimed to have connections with Asian organised crime? He threatened to have a fellow Big Brother housemate killed if I'm thinking of the right guy.

There are lots of legitamitely good reasons to mock Gary Barlow but his stillborn child is certainly not one of them.

Don't worry, I am sure he is keeping an eye on things.

I can't imagine a longer 3 minutes, I'm glad you're daughter was fine :)
I have friends and family that had to deliver dead babies and even years later it's a dark shadow that never goes away, particularly from the mother :(

Yeah, looking it up he claimed to have friends in the triads and would sort out a female member of the house. It looks like he's friends with manny pacquiao, I imagine this is either a bet or his friends will distance themselves from him.

This is nothing more than celebritism rearing its Class-A narcoticism anal behaviour that people seem to hurl towards people of "note".

Ignore it and it will disappear.

Language on the internet, is a fickle thing frankly, since we don't have body language and other such more important things to deal with, we are only left with the quality of ones writing, but funnily enough due to the anonymity and false identities that prevail the very essence of the internet, it diminishes the worth of the language being used.

I truly pity anyone who happens to be so gullible or in my description of the word, mentally disabled, on the internet.

yeah i agree, if the man was all smiley and made the jokes in a funny tone im sure everyone would still want to kill him for what he had just said

I don't really care about Gary Barlow or someone trying to catch some limelight on a stupid Tv show but to mock the death of a still born child is below the belt.
