a couple more ideas.

1. trade the paper for something that weighs 1000 pounds. i'm sure some people in the desert would happily trade a few sheets of paper for 1000 pounds of sand for example

2. do lots of trades starting with the paper and gradually getting more and more valuable things. a few years ago a man started off with a paperclip and after lots of trades got himself a house, so i'm sure you cen reach £1000 for a piece of paper

It sounds like a typical scam. I get loads of junk mail, where these guys are selling this scheme to make huge amounts of money(if you first send them some money first). The latest one I've got is the V system(sport betting scheme). Andrew Reynolds is one of the biggest scammers. They are the only ones making money from these things.

wait, i've just figured it out, its not the stupid fax spam idea but something far cleverer

what you do is claim that you know a way of making £1000 from useless pieces of paper in a public place like an internet forum and ask everyone to guess what it is. you wind up everyone by claiming all the ideas are wrong until they get so desperate to know how you are making money that they offer you some money just to get the info.

you then accept the money and tell them they will receive an envelope with a single piece of paper folded inside it with this post written on the paper

Really? I thought he was just fishing for ideas, presenting a challenge to us in order for us to then, willingly give up out million dollar ideas.

To sell few ordinary peaces of paper for about 1000 pounds. Those peaces of paper only have generic information on it. Nothing unique. They are not claim to any kind of ownership or the like.

They do not entitle you to anything at all. So in essence those papers mean nothing.

However someone is selling them for around 1000 quid for a few.

Can you guess what it is?

I wonder if the answer is going to be something retarded like

'Lol I'm talking about bank notes aren't I clever' etc...

Something to do with marriage? A certified virgin doc or something?

Ill be fair, and say yes it is something to do with marriage. Just because I am a good guy.

Apparently in China it marriage documents cost about 1000 quid and you get nothing from government whatsoever. In Germany you get 5% discount on stuff and in UK you get various perks. In China NOTHING.

So Chinese government has done an amazing business model whereas they are selling nothing like hot cakes.

Well done. I wish my business be as successful but because I am great, my it be to do with environment.

Thanks everyone who has submitted genuine answers.

The award of the smartest participant goes to morba. (+when I win euromilions over 50 million i'll give you something nice).
