Loads of these tickets will have been corporate. They've not paid anything, had their sip of champagne and can say that they were there so they don't really care.

It's his bloody job isn't it? Yes it's extremely sad what he went through but does it need to be in everyone's face all week in the papers when hundreds of thousands of others have gone through the same pain.

And those thousands would likely get compassionate leave, or at least their full entitlement to paid maternity/paternity leave from their "bloody job".

Compassion, ever hear of it? He's not a performing monkey.

Probably have journeys back home booked on a tight timeframe and the ceremony running over has forced them to leave before it actually finished.

Chosen to leave - there's always night buses or a taxi (if you've already paid £750 for your ticket, you might as well spending an extra £50 on a taxi). Crazy people leaving are crazy.
