Isn't the new Mazda 6 out soon?

Edit: 2013 apparently, so not really worth waiting for a price drop on the old range.

Parkers is almost always a higher/ out of date value when compared to actual market value too.

Yes but Parkers puts its value at £12575, the garage has it at £13999!

Doesn't sound unreasonable. Like I said in your other threads, you can shed £1000s by getting a 2009 car over a 2010 or later one.

I've had one Mondeo and two Mazda 6's they are pretty much the same in terms of cost and reliability I think it just comes down to what you prefer, the Mondeo retains it's dull / rep / company car image and the 6 is a bit different both are great cars however I wouldn't spend £14k on either

I own a Mazda6 TS2 58 plate. Its the 2.0ltr TD model. It has not put a step wrong on me, drivers very nice and its really comfortable on longer drives. I bought mine for £6700 with 54k on the clock about 9 months ago. I have already done 20k in its still going great.

If I had to grumble about something, I would say that the suspension is a little rolly. I am used to sportier cars like Accord Type Rs, but once you get used to it its actually very predictable in the corners.
