I looked up your account ([email protected]) and I can verify that you definitely have a Pre-Order serial code NOT a Pre-Purchase serial code. A Pre-Order serial code gives you 1-day Headstart Access before Guild Wars 2 launches, but will not provide you access to any possible Guild Wars 2 events that may occur before the game is released, such as Stress Tests. Some retailers apparently are selling Pre-Orders as if they were Pre-Purchases, which is unintended.

Had that just 15mins ago To be fair, they've handled the launch very well so far despite the login issues. Communication is good and the servers are at least up.

I knew i shouldn't be in the 3 day HS but had got up early coz tesco gave me a 3 day headstart code!
