You get most Karma from events not heart tasks, the hearts will get done as you do the events. Spend as you get it IMO - it comes faster and faster as you level.

then don't complain, every single MMO release has been 10x worse than this one, you didn't actually expect there to be zero problems with thousands of people trying to play at once?

Having no previous experience of an MMO release how would I know this is the norm. If my general experience of gaming is - pay money = play game, then why wouldn't I find this experience annoying.
Now if I had experience with MMO's and new what to expect then I wouldn't complain. Does that make sense to you?
