i lot of people go with S-Tech's, you cant go wrong if your dampers are i good nick.

i fitted them a couple of weeks ago for the MOT, the ride quality is nice, they are quality piece's of kit. i went for 4kg/6kg springs (stock BC springs are 5kg/8kg on the mr2) and pillowballs all round.

I've gone through a few set ups over the years on the two mr2's i've had:-

standard bilstein shocks & springs
standard bilstein shocks & lowered springs
C-Cone coilovers
Tein HA coilovers
H&R coilovers
now BC coilovers

The BC's are right up there with the H&R's ride quality wise on a mid setting.

Get it on a wall if you can, it looks amazing, mine is up and it's like a picture hanging there.
 
I had a KYB AGX and Whiteline system on my 2, never went coillies as the roads are crap and it was a road car not a track weapon :)
 
Went pretty crazy this month, got tons of orders arriving in the next few days and more coming.

So these two was on sale in the preowned section for really cheap so I couldn't resist.

BC were a bit of a pain for me. I had the inverted RM's and had the good old knocking top mount issue and a damper failure. Hope they've resolved these issues now as when they work they work really well!

Normally Google's advertising is spot on with me, however the past month or so all the youtube ads have been jacamo, Im a 30" waist and weigh about as much as a quaver, not sure why Google are aiming it at me!
