From the game, i presume, there is no player gem selling market as far as i am aware, its a non tradeable commodity which is account bound.

this is so frustrating. I still can't log in, keeps saying the email address I entered was not found, and support haven't got back to me :(

And no I haven't been doing any of the exploits, never have in any game and never will.

Sod it' I'll go mow the lawn. Thanks ArenaNet for making me do mundane tasks.

Yeah I had a look at it, it kinda of looks like a matching service, but I don't think it's a direct match in the sense that you're physically buying someone elses gems. I think it just balances the price so the amount sold is roughly the same as the amount bought. Ultimately it's where GW2 make their money from people buying with real money gems and using it to buy cosmetic stuff in the shop and expand bank slots etc. It doesn't make sense for them to actually create free gems to sell to people for gold.

theres a trade market for them you can either sell gems with ingame money or buy them.

its like a stock exchange based on supply and demand so i can only assume its players selling the gems

i imagine its like eve-onlines plex system , some people are willing to spend thousands of $ on a game if theres evne the slightest reason for them to.
 
I'm struggling to find somewhere to level at the moment. I'm level 10, and don't have any hearts I can go towards to level up with, as the ones I haven't done are all too high level. Grinding certainly doesn't work.

Well if you can get passed the utter rubbish spoken about us on here, we still take people from here (yeah I'm a glutton for punishment :p)

Email [email protected], with a user name and email address you would like to use on our site, www.gw-mmo.co.uk or www.mmo-guild.co.uk, we will set up your account manually for you. then all you need to do is post a into, and email a officer in game for a email.

One thing I can assure you of there is never any drama in game with the guild, which makes all the hollhau on here a bit funny but mostly just wearing!

Hey wab, I sent an email to [email protected] yesterday and not heard back yet, just wondering if there something I had to do that I missed? I included email, username wanted for your website, GW2 account name and my OCUK username.

Sorry if you guys are just busy and i'm being impatient :p Would be cool to be able to play with you guys tonight and this weekend.

Ah cool, sorry for rushing you mate, thanks I will message Dist in game tonight after work. Today has been such a long day, can't wait to get home and play ha.
 
I think I have found my only real complaint about the game so far.

There is far too little diversity of monsters and too many of them have some form of knock back/knock down. So far (level 50) I've spent 99% of my time fighting the same 4 kinds of monsters, those are giants, centaur, dredge and undead (and undead pretty rarely compared to the previous three).

I think the issue stems from the events, i.e nearly all the events in an area concentrate on one race, centaur/dredge etc, leaving little reason or opportunity to fight anything else. It wouldn't be so bad if there were more than maybe 3-4 kinds of each species as well.
