The dungeons are not hard in a sense of a good challenge, they're broken. Any group of numpties can go in there and kill every boss however bad or terrible they are just by respawning and outlasting boss.

Anyone know where Charged Lodestone drop? I'm guessing high level elementals and I've been farming the ones in Frostgorge (level 79 - 80 ones) and not had one yet.

Indeed if there's a way not to die by playing well, then it's a challenge, but right now even if you play flawlessly you will still die.

btw i did try aoeing with them but as a ranger my aoes are pretty weak and on a fairly hefty cooldown and it didnt appear to be enough to get me any loot which is why i just ran around single target dps on my own

Ever played DDO? Fail a save on a disintegrate and you die. I dont see why people expect to have to stay alive constantly without dying to enjoy something in a video game.

why not? anet have been banning people for personal insults and i received a personal insult for minding my own business farming trolls

How do they not know this isn't a 10 year old kid they're talking to?
People shouldn't have to put up with this attitude regardless.

Also, they're laying claim to a mob/boss in an open MMORPG?

Read the Chat log he posted :
"Stay with us were grouping the AOEing" - Theyve invited him to AOE a group of mobs with them.
Arknors pet is pulling the champion and they ask him to put the pet away. Ark obviously doesn't put the pet away or doesn't listen hence why they get ****** off at him.
For some reason Ark submits a report not sure what for as from what I know, grouping mobs and killing them isn't an exploit.
Ark starts playing about or pulling the mobs himself, nothing wrong with that but personally if someone invites you to a group, and you accept then start ******* about its going to cause a reaction or annoy someone.

Arknors got an issue with the Immortals, he saw two guys from the Immortals and wanted to be a **** to stir trouble and then to run back to these forums and boast about it.

Also where do I mention anything about people laying claim to mobs?????
 
have you ever played a ranger? the pet comes back out everytime you attack a new mob...

it randomly ran to the champ on its own and i wasnt getting drops aoeing because those 2 guys were doing far more aoe dmg than me and killing them to fast....

i was never actually invited into any group! you dont need to be in a group to get exp/drops.
but when theres 2 elems or whatever they were killing the mobs so fast i cant even get to tag anything because ranger aoes are on a long cooldown and axe only bounces between 3 mobs what do you expect me to do other than pull solo mobs myself?

and i dont have any issue with immortals....

even when your trying to do a jumping puzzle on a ranger and u put the pet away it will keep coming back out every jump and annoy you.......

As I explained already, dungeons do not feel challenging at all. You hit, you try not to die, if you die you respawn and keep hitting. Easy peasy, it can't get any easier than that.

Look it's very simple I feel like you're misunderstanding me on purpose.

In first avalaible dungeon, if you don't disable trap you get one shot. Now that's fun, you should have been aware of sourroundings and disabled the trap, now that's fun.

On the other hand when you fight boss and the only requirement to beat him is to respawn and run back and hit him for far too long (what's the point? It's not hard to come to up to boss and press 1 to activate auto attack) and eventually you will kill him. That is not hard.

If you decide to play normally, dodging and healing you will still end up respawning and running back. That's not fun as any person can kill the boss just by outlasting him.

You were being an ass hence why you got insulted. You've got an issue with the Immortals so youve taken it upon yourself to be a tool to Immortals on Desolation and on these forums.

The proper cause of actio would have been to have a word with Wab aka Nemeses in game via the Immortals forums not post it here on the OCUK forums to make a point. But no, you had to take a screenie of your chat log, post it here on the forums and show how proud you are of reporting two Immortals for calling you ******* retarded.

If somebody tells me "are you ******* retarded" I'd report them in a heartbeat. There are those that enjoy the game and those who ruin the game for others. Insulting people is what the latter people do and should be banned from gw2

i was beeing an ass because i didnt want to farm the area how they wanted to...

RIGHT! immortals do not own desolation i will farm how i want to DEAL WITH IT

its a popular farming area and theres usually 15+ people there so they cant expect everyone to farm how they want especially if its not the best way fr your class

My first dungeon experience (AC) was a little stressful. My team mates were nice guys but not amazing players. We wiped a few times on the duo boss and there was always someone knocked down. But the 2nd time I was with were fantastic. Not only a great bunch of guys and very funny and chilled out. But good players who intuitively knew what and when to pull and how to avoid being KOed. We had a couple of knockdowns on the duo and adlebern but otherwise was a smooth sail. This is story mode ofc so easier. (though i found it pleasingly challenging) with a team that knows what to do they are easy so far (without even zerging)

Glad im not in that guild. I've only heard bad things from them, both in the SWTOR and this thread. I gotta say, your public relations are not very inviting. More scandals than News of the World.

Boss Centaur runs in, get him down to half health, knocks me down and takes off. Oh no, a repeat boss fight..wait..what....OH MY GOD WHAT IS HE DOING I AM LEVEL 1 AND IT LOOKS LIKE THINGS ARE GETTING TOO REAL FOR LEVEL 1 CHARACTER. ( I wont spoil it for anyone who hasnt started a human yet, its pretty crazy though).

I've had MMO-cynicism after wow died for me (Died for me when they announced Cata, look Taurens, people who have never considered anything other than the elements, nature, earth mother etc, now can become paladins? LORE DAMN IT)

My friends called me the Loremaster, (I even almost obtained the achievement) and I enjoy my stories.
I am nearly level 18, and it is barely day 3 of my quest. Many Centaur have died by my hand and many more shall. I completely explored Divinity's Reach, and Queensdale, killed the Shadow Behemoth, even started a tradeskill.

Now here's where I get excited.
I need to level my trade skill, however I grow tired of the human zone, so I go to the Charr starter zone. Scaled level, I still am powerful but I will get experience as well, as well as collecting all copper ore Tyria can pump out. Naturally, I also want to explore all the locations in the Charr area too, so that's another item on my list.
Suddenly I am almost another level, without even realizing it.

2 days of game play Not a single problem with the player-base Zero lag Have some Green items (took me awhile to understand Greens > Blues) THEY MADE SWIMMING FUN THEY MADE JUMPING FUN Lets pick up this stick, hmmm, press 1 on enemy, watch enemy get knocked back 2-3 yards away. DAT STICK Events, everywhere, always fun, always full of equally crazy yet cooperative people NO HAVING TO WATCH MY GUY SIT ON A BIRD AND FLY ACROSS A CONTINENT Map UI, is amazing and pretty. Personal Story = Immersion
