Indeed. But he's under no obligation to do that. It's an open mob. If he fancies running in Leroy stylee he can. Just because someone else is farming a mob in a certain way doesn't me you have to.

Arknors pet is pulling the champion and they ask him to put the pet away. Ark obviously doesn't put the pet away or doesn't listen hence why they get ****** off at him.

Pets pop automatically when you're fighting. Which is irrelevant, as a ranger why would you NOT want the extra damage from your pet... if it pulls the champ... meh. Kite and kill it.

For some reason Ark submits a report not sure what for as from what I know, grouping mobs and killing them isn't an exploit.

The report is for the personal insult and general hostile attitude.

Ark starts playing about or pulling the mobs himself, nothing wrong with that but personally if someone invites you to a group, and you accept then start ******* about its going to cause a reaction or annoy someone.

He never accepted anything, all that chat is taking part in normal local channel. He's just turned up, started killing mobs and got abuse because he's not playing how they want him to. Hard cheese for them TBH.

Arknors got an issue with the Immortals, he saw two guys from the Immortals and wanted to be a **** to stir trouble and then to run back to these forums and boast about it.

Can't comment on this. Don't know the fellow. But from what's posted in that screenshot I can see no wrongdoing on his part.

Also where do I mention anything about people laying claim to mobs?????

I was referring to the fact that you seem to think that because some randoms are killing a mob in a certain way they have the right to tell anyone else how they are allowed to play the game. Why should he put his pet away? Why should he AoE? Why not go fight the champ? It's not their mob.

I'd not. I'd tell them to 'blow me' and carry on doing what I was doing. Being in my 30's I think I'm old enough not to cry like a little baby everytime time I'm called an unpleasant name.

Yes I've had that name reported in GW1 many times, and even asked people to report it and Anet never banned it, but in GW2 it was banned within the first day.

Decided to rename it to 'Ex Offensive Name' for the lulz.

I never said you we're a crap guild. To summarise, all I said was that most of the threads I read are full of negativity. Not really the best image to convey for public relations.

Then to top it all off, you come out bashing me. Just to keep the image going. I wasn't spouting rubbish as you kindly put it.

My reply would have been more:
"Yeh a certain few have appeared to show us in a bad light. In general we're a good bunch and we have a really happy guild. If you want to see for yourself, then feel free to join and judge the atmosphere."

Thats a better reply than to jump down my throat, and adding me to your list of people who you think hate your guild.

I have nothing against profanities its my choice to have the chat filter disabled.
I will however not tolerate personal insults from people because someone chooses to play the game differently to them.
and if you played a ranger you would know anytime you take damage even from falling your pet pops back out

and if my pet pulls a champion so what? if it kills me its my problem it does not effect you... you only have to run for like 5 seconds to lose aggro and make it reset anyway , its not as if its a huge problem

Personal insults I do

I'm fed up with seeing people act like abusive little trolls in game, you don't act like it in RL why on earth should you in a game that all ages play.

More importantly ANet are also taking that stance.

Oh and why don't you act and use that language on these forums? Would it be because you would be banned faster than you can type the words?
 
I got my guardian to 80 yesterday which was a bit of a surprise as I decided to take a break from levelling and do some crafting but I ended up going from 74 to 80 in under an hour, would have been faster but I needed to farm some raspberries. :p it's insane the amount of xp you get from crafting. I'm happy though as I wasn't looking forward to doing the Orr zones but now I don't have to :D

What I will say about gw2 now I hit 80 is that I've been playing MMOs for almost 10 years and I have never enjoyed levelling as much as I did in gw2, to the point where I just hit 80 and I already want to create a new character and do it again.

It always annoyed me when people would say "its not about the levelling it's about the end game" which is rubbish as if I'm going to play 60 to 100 hours of a game I better enjoy it and not be waiting for the good part. I think guild wars got the balance right, fun levelling but also something to do at max level (wvw). I've always preferred pvp to raids so I can see myself spending a lot of time in wvw,*when I can actually get in :p

Glad im not in that guild. I've only heard bad things from them, both in the SWTOR and this thread. I gotta say, your public relations are not very inviting. More scandals than News of the World.

A) why have we lasted so long with more applications than we can ever handle
B) why have so many of the people who joined us from these very boards for swtor, all bar the one we kicked rejoined

There is virtually no drama in the guild or guild chat, we try to be as social as possible, we help and support each other in this guild as much as we can ..thats why Aknor could never fit in.

btw i did try aoeing with them but as a ranger my aoes are pretty weak and on a fairly hefty cooldown and it didnt appear to be enough to get me any loot which is why i just ran around single target dps on my own

Yes he was kicked from the guild for non stop whining about the game, and had it not being for that reason he would have being kicked the next day again for the reports of racism. (and if I was the only person on this thread who said they got reports of him being racist I could understand people think I may be telling porkies but I'm not....)

A) agitate the guys in that group
B) look for another way to bring up the Immortals and me in a negative light after the mods said enough,
Yes the pet pull effect everyone as it pulls the champ into combat, I'm not defending what they called you (tho I do agree) but even a idiot knows the pet gonna agro it was a reasonable request be it from anyone, but no you saw a chance to stir it again and thats what you did ..being the kid you are.

but when theres 2 elems or whatever they were killing the mobs so fast i cant even get to tag anything because ranger aoes are on a long cooldown and axe only bounces between 3 mobs what do you expect me to do other than pull solo mobs myself?

and i dont have any issue with immortals....

even when your trying to do a jumping puzzle on a ranger and u put the pet away it will keep coming back out every jump and annoy you.......

Yup but instead of doing that he saw another chance to stir up again, and thats excatly what he did, this is not defending what they called him.

One question for you Wab (once you've finished your attacks on anyone that disagrees with you). Are you going to have a word with the members involved to not throw around personal insults? Because I've not seen you say athing about if you think they were right or wrong to do what they did, regardless of who it was..
