The middle mouse button opens links in a new tab, I really don't know how I missed that

MW

Did not know that one

Less effort than rightclicking and going to open in new tab

Also...

Alt and Print Screen highlights the live window rather than the entire screen. Oldy but amazing how many people don't know about it.

Awesome, I've always chopped things out in paint!

Keeping eggs in the fridge for hot food is counter intuitive.
Fried/ poached eggs - yolks are more likely to burst
Sauces are more likely to curdle
Scrambled/ omelets - more likely to be rubbery

Use ice cubes/ iced water to remove blood from the carpet. This works fantastic, great for people with cats who hunt.

Windows Snipping tool.
windows Start > Accessories > Snipping Tool

Edit: or, Just hit Winkey > Type "snip"

Quickly grab screen shots of small sections of the screen!

I found that middle mouse button trick for opening something in a new tab a while back - I just can't get myself to use it for some reason. Just always right click the link and do it there...can't stop myself.

I find the middle mouse button trick a bit awkward also, I just use Ctrl + Left mouse button, also opens a link in a new tab :) I find that way much handier than right click > open in new window.
