Borderlands 2 release date confirmed ( Launch date trailer also )

I've still got half of the original game to play! Oh well good job that is still really fun to play.

It was the same in the first borderlands, the weapons are random so there's every chance you could find orange weapons in any crate at any time. I was playing through it yesterday, opened a chest and both weapons were orange. They were rubbish but still :)
 
I hope ShopTo match Amazon pre-order prices but being 3days to go i doubt it :(

Zero is a lot of fun to play as. His Special is used in the same kinda way as the PhaseWalk in that your invisibubble and your next attack to come out of it deals greater damage.

The landscapes are very pretty and certainly kick the samey desert into touch. On Chapter 7 ATM and its been fun throughout.

Split screen co-op can be frustrating at times due to the menus being different to view, especially in vertical mode.

New 'elemental' weapon has been introduced which is interesting. Yet to fully understand it but it seems if you hit an enemy with it and switch to a normal weapon, bullets deal greater damage.
 
failed to hold back and this is the first game i have pre ordered in a long time, i have gone out my way and picked up a few on release day but not actually pre ordered since black ops.

looking forward to this, need to get a couple of mates to pick it up to play online with but im sure there will be plenty from OcUK playing, feel free to add me on PSN - GTanny if you cant see my sig for any reason
