Missing girl 15, runs off with Maths teacher.

Why are these stories being written as if she'd been kidnapped? It seems to be she and the teacher have been complicit in this.

Had she been just 1 year older the police wouldn't even be investigating at all.

Actually 'techninally' speaking he would because the age of consent being 15 only really applies to teenage romances. There are plenty of stipulations around the '15' limit to ensure it's not abused (pardon the pun) one of which is....

Article 227-27 prohibits sexual relations with minors over age 15 (aged 15, 16 or 17) where they are committed by a legitimate, natural or adoptive ascendant or by any other person having authority over the victim; 2° where they are committed by a person abusing the authority conferred by his functions."[17]

It should do it is a specialist maths and IT school. :D

No seriously I wont air my experiences at that school, but I did find it very different to other high schools I worked in.

The news conference on as we speak states they were expected back yesterday but didn't arrive? Sounds like people knew they were going.

The police have just stated they think she left of her own free will.
 
He wrote in his blog the other month that he was going through a turmoil of ethics but said that he'd made a decision that he was happy with and trusted the world would as well. Bit weird, and odd to put it out online but people are bizarre.

If she was a year older, she'd be hot. *Whistles innocently*.

Most likely they had return ferry tickets for yesterday.

I wonder if they would have been back yesterday had no news reports been made to spook them and scare them off....

I hope so he has abused trust and the ethics of teaching. You should never become involved with students/learners.

He is in a position of trust.

Niiiiiiiceeeee.

Whilst it's legal, it's not fair on her. She looks like a 15 year old version of the teacher's wife. Suffice it to say that within 5 years time she will realise her mistake or he will have gone off chasing some other underage strange. She's not old enough, nor mature enough to understand that this guy has severe mental problems.

There is nothing normal nor acceptable about a 30 year old falling in love with a 15 year old.
