Blocked msn, need help please

I got a message saying my msn has been blocked due to suspisious activity. I can no longer get access to my email inbox so I set up another email address and it's now saying I have to verify the new address is mine by responding to an email sent to the new address..... But I cant access it as it wont let me sign in till it has been verified. How the hell can I verify it if they don't allow me access to the verification message. Am I missing something here?

It ll be a virus of sorts , I've had something similar, it redirects the web to suspicious sites. DNS changer possibly, try clearing all caches and or change the wed browser
