Was seriously considering turning the bias current way up on one of my amplifiers to use as a nice silent heater, but it looks like much over 100W heat output will get the output transistors dangerously close to their safe operating limits. So, I'll probably pop a good old fashioned 100W bulb in instead of a CFL to get the extra heat!
