Might be some rubbishy seats still available but I'm not too sure, just try the various ticket sites. Managed to get mine off eBay for just over face value which I'm pretty happy about!

BTW, that is the Premier Inn I stay at when watching a gig in Birmingham too. Really convenient and quite a good one. There is a Cafe Nero on the street corner, Starbucks next street up, Costa street down, Subway near there, and Tesco Metro not far off. A little further down towards the station you have all the kebab shops

You will of course walk pass Maccy D's on the way home from the NEC :p

How's the photography going? Weddings still the core of your business?

Did the shopkeeper look like this? Did he appear 'as if by magic'?

Sounds pretty decent, picked that one because at £35/night with 300 odd reviews with 4.5/5 on trip advisor can't really complain! Tegan and Sara are also awesome, can't believe I missed the original tickets for sale, even with o2 Priority, was thinking I'd have to pay through the nose.

New boots.

Saw them perched atop a shelf in a local bric-a-brac shop where there's usually some strange piece of china or similarly weird but interesting oddity that I end up buying.

Checked, and they were my size :D Asked the shopkeeper how much for them, he said £2.50.

Footwear on furniture...

(:p)

Got this on Saturday morning, surprisingly only took a couple of hours to build and set up.

It's a DJI Flamewheel F450 with Naza flight controller, GPS unit is in the post already and just need to find a reasonably priced GoPro camera for it.
