Do we want any forum changes in here guys.

For instance would you like sub-forums for 'fps' and 'rpg' style games?

Or are we happy to have everything in one the forum?

Ideas and suggestions welcome. :)

No sub-forums imo. I like to just browse the one place and see what takes my fancy. If stuff was separated out more, I think I'd just end up missing things I'd want to see.
 
I've never really had any issues to be honest with the current layout. If you were going to push me for an idea it would be maybe have an Indie game sub-forum and also maybe a Mods sub-forum.
 
Didn't we recently have a big discussion about sub forums? I personally think that they negatives massively outweigh the positives. We have a nice lively forum at the moment... if we split things up we'll end up with a few dead forums and one slightly less lively forum.
 
Perfect fine as it is, separating games out into genre would mean people are not exposed to some excellent games.
 
I have to say I don't see any issues with the current setup.

Saying that, it would be interesting to explore options. I don't think genre separation is the way forwards, but perhaps a deals subforum would be nice. The thread is a nightmare to trawl through and it doesn't really get used properly. One place where people could jump in and see what's happening would be cool, and it wouldn't be cluttered. Also wouldn't matter if it's quiet because it wouldn't be a discussion sub forum, just a bunch of announcements. Thoughts?

Everything seems good as is. The popular games usually have big threads that stay on the first page, so not really any need to put in sub forums.
