I've been shaving my head for years. There's not much else you can do when your hair's thinning.

I started shaving my head a couple of months ago and my wife has said she notices I get a lot more attention from other women now. This is balanced by the number of people who know me asking her if I am okay. Doesn't help that I donate platelets every two weeks and come home with a big plaster stuck to my right arm and have very obvious needle marks on my right arm.

I am a man of much "moppy" 70s hair, and in my experience women seem to think it makes me "friendly, non threatening and approachable".

I have noticed that aswell in my case.

When I have more hair and sport very thin beard or clean shave, I look younger and more youthful.
After haircut when my hair are very small and I have grown 1 week beard, my face looks more stern and I seem to have aged aswell lol

Thats why there is saying, "looks can be deceptive"

I use hair clippers on my hair once a fortnight, tried shaving it with a razor but I just end up looking like I have cancer

Thats what I can look forward to, looking like George from Seinfeld or looking like a cancer victim.

I'd rather have a buzz cut than some threadbare version of a proper hair do. Besides, even when I was little I'd have it short. Less maintenance.

I get told I look a lot like damien walters these days, I suppose thats a compliment. Although on one hand he's a male gymnast, on the other he did stunt work for wolverine origins(For Ryan Reynolds)

I'll go with it as a compliment, and a sign of my bald male masculinity.

I always get short hair styles IMO man should have shorter hair.
