Whats happening to me?

I feel like the unthinkable is happening to me, I am a massive computer games fan but as of the last year I am becoming quite bored of games, im finding myself watching TV or going out instead of busting out a 6 pack of beer and hitting some games. What is wrong with me? Please tell me I will grow out of this phase soon and my sanity will return.

Its called growing up, I'm afraid.
 
I haven't updated my GPU for around 2 years and play most new releases for one night before sacking them off.

What has happened to me....?
 
I've found myself playing less and less games nowadays, I own a good PC and a PS3 too, most of the time they just sit there, its not that I don't have the time, but it is definitely easier to get into games when you are younger and have less responsibilities.

I tend to get back into gaming when I have a lot of time off work and run out of other things to do, last game I blasted through was infamous 2, great game. Also was quite heavily into Battlefield 3 for a few months. However, got burnt after purchasing a few mediocre games recently, RAGE, Dues ex, and Diablo 3 all left me quite dissapointed. But even good games, eg. currently very slowly progressing through God Of War 3, and not really finding very much time at all to play Guild Wars 2 point to the fact I just don't have the same patience / enjoyment from them anymore.
 
I play far less games than I used to these days and barely touch my Xbox all through spring and summer. Then all the good games start coming out about October and ill play a few of them, and that's it really. I used to hammer it all year round.

Same with nearly all of my friends who play games too

Each to their own and all, but playing computer games got boring to me (except FIFA and CoD of course) when i discovered beer...glorious, glorious beer... Life has been a haze since.. :D
