If I may impart a few words of wisdom: don't play it... you'll only end up getting addicted and spend loads of money trying to get a good team :cool:

It's like a sticker collecting game mode. You know the type, where' you'd collect stickers to fill an album. Only in this case you get to play as the album.

You play games using a team you've created (by earning coins, or spending points - real money essentially). You can upgrade your teams by buying individual players, or chancing your arm and getting specific packs. There are bronze, sivler and gold players, as well as Team Of the Week players, which are the best performing players of the week within 'Real Life' football, which get a black card.

You create a team, set a formation, set a manager, which suits you and you work your way through seasons, divisions, tournaments, earning coins which you use to buy packs, new players, fitness cards, contracts etc etc;

it's fun, addictive, just as long as the FIFA bugs don't rile you too much!

it's single player and multiplayer too. Though you get more rewards for playing MP.

Works for me, you need to type 451 which will show in a drop down box which you click, then just press apply filter :) You can specify 1 league, 3 nations etc which is pretty cool.

I'm still struggling defensively :( Anyone around later for some friendlies perhaps, maybe point out where I am going wrong as getting slightly fed up of losing as many games as I do :/

What browser do you use? I have the same problem as diva.

Contain isn't as effective in this one is it ;)
 
No it really isn't! :mad::p It really is a case of me having to score than my opponent at the moment as I can't keep a clean sheet at all:o

I'm using chrome mate :)

ffs youre telling me im getting really worried about as i put my whole squad up for sale quite a bit of coinage there.

will it all sort itself out or am i going to be ripped off by ea this time :(


on a side note hows this for damn luck from my kids

the young lad today bought 1200 ms points for some packs which is about ten packs hes not a season ticket holder.

so i popped in the bedroom to watch him open them and this is what he got in the first five packs :(

pack one ----ballotelli ---------sold for 45k
pack two----schweinstieger----150 start and he went for 62k (whats all that about)
pack three----marcelo ----sold for 45k bin
pack four-----torres-------sold 47k bin
pack five ----valencia and a 4-1-2-1-2- formation card

to say im pig sick is an understatement:(

ps3ud0, close games yesterday :) You're dead right, it's all about fast counters, there's no reward for a passing game.

451... Its ok. My full backs feel a bit pointless (maybe because they're rubbish mainly). 5 in the middle is pretty handy though. So naturally 352 would make sense, but seeing as it's so easy to get shafted by a counter attack, I don't think 3 at the back is good enough. Might tweak with 4231/4321
