Seriously?

You have absolutely no clue as to what you're talking about. Please go educate yourself.

Its only a hypothesis based on an observation. It may be completely false.

Also I only just read your sig, it would come as no surprise that you have a favorable bias towards protein shakes.

Dont really know what additives are used in every type of protein drink, but a lot of such things added to energy drinks have been linked to increasing aggression levels.

So you don't even know the ingredients in whey protein powders and now you're comparing them to energy drinks and somehow links to aggression.

Please post links to the medical, nutritional and sports published papers about this link.

Its very difficult to find some articles on this, but muscle strength is limited by tendon strength / flexibility. Simply having strong muscles will not make you stronger than someone who has spent a lot more time strengthening their tendons / flexibility.
It's hard to find articles about it, because it's complete bull****.

Where did you get this idea from?

How do you propose you train your muscles for strength without doing the same for your tendons*?

*there are some advanced nuances here, but they apply more to athletes relying on stretch reflex than typical strength sports.

You said protein drinks. Time to either admit you are talking **** or just stop talking tbh

From my karate instructor and personal experience. I used to be a stone underweight and extremely skinny in my teens, but still had a lot of strength and could floor a person three times my size.

You realise taurine is naturally In the human body? Do you know what taurine actually is?!

Yes but thats not the point is it? Increasing your taurine levels beyond your bodys natural amount via supplements could lead to increased aggression in some people.

Creatine aggression.... Feel free to post up conclusive evidence of this.
Creatine is one of the most highly tested and written about supplements, so this should be easy for you.

Driving behind old people can also increase aggression levels. Maybe there is a link?

Well then you are both wrong.

There is a huge difference between being stronger than your peers and being able to use what strength you have more effectively effectively. Karate is primarily skill limited, rather than strength.

I have found several journal articles investigating the issue, but I cant read any of them without paying.

Road rage is a common cause of aggression, I dont think it would be linked to the age of the driver in another car though.

If you experienced a full force kick to the face from a skinny karate expert, you may probably rethink that.

So you know people have investigated the issue, but you can't see the results, so you just assume it's true?

Keep the laughs coming dude.
