I'm sure we can accept that it's reasonable for OcUK to be closed for one day so they can move their entire business and likely millions of pounds worth of stock.

I fully understand that and imagine that is a very tough job to do.
I think ocuk is a great company and would have expected them to have a simple phone message to explain.

There wasn't actually an error - the office was closed, as has been prewarned on the forum and the shop website.

I've seen that Haribo stash, it would actually need a truck to move it!
