October 23rd Media Event

Hmm was so tempted by the 13" Air, but the 13" rMBP sounds pretty good, mianly the weight saving aspect for me,

annoying :) what to go for??!!

Pricey! :(

The prices for extra memory are still comical though!

Why push the boundries when you can lash a load of old tech into a smaller case, do a few slightly dodgy bordering on misleading comparisons to your competition and then still have it more than likely be a best seller at $80 more than the competition too?

Apple have a captive market, there isn't nearly as much incentive for them to push boundries these days.

Indeed, great work from Apple from a business point of view, just a shame that it will be so well received, and probably praised as the second coming of Jebus!

Finally I can buy an iMac I've been waiting for ages for them to refresh it.

Might be adding that new iPad Mini to the cart as well. £269 for that is just ridiculously good value.

It's nice and all that they have increased the power of the iPad, but honestly, does it really need more power? The iPad 3 already breezes through everything.

A Kindle and a Nexus 7 32GB for the same price as the 32GB iPad Mini. Give it 6 months and you'll get the Retina iPad Mini :)

Just waiting on a MBP 13" review, since that's the most appealing announcement IMO..

Just realised the iMac is configurable to;

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 675MX graphics processor with 1GB of GDDR5 memory

Configurable to NVIDIA GeForce GTX 680MX with 2GB of GDDR5 memory.

£269 I'm sold. I think I will get one and sell my iPad 2.

But the mini has the same tech inside except the addition of better WiFi and it has a new data/power connector? Is any accessories you currently have are defunct. Also how much do you think your iPad 2 will be worth with iPad 4th gen coming out?

Excited about the mac mini, ipad 4 and MBP, probably end up with the mac mini, a little disappointed in the iPad m, seems a little dull compared to the beastly ipad 4.
