Win8 Tablets

If you want i3/i5/i7 your options ATM are

Futjitsu - Stylistic Q702
Samsung - ativ smart pc pro
Kupa ultranote
paceblade pm240 - 240-i7

Out of those kupa if you can get over the looks, if not ativ smart pro

In fact why have I dismissed the ativ smart pro? Other than its i5 it seems to fit my bills.

its expensive for a Atom

what does this mean (64GB Mobility Solid State Drive for TPM base (WWAN)) does that mean 3g/4g ? so i can put a micro sim inside

If you pick that option on the storage it adds :

EMEA Internal Dell Wireless 5565 (HSPA+) MiniCard SIM not included.

So it sounds like 3G rather then 4G. (But I'm not 100% sure if HSPA+ is classed as an alternative 4G or not)

But being a mini card it may be possible to swap it at a later date.

it says mini card , does that mean its inside the tablet or does it mean a mini card that plugs into the side of the tablet and sticks out?

Mini card inside the unit, it won't stick out.

Surprised the xps 10 is same price as surface.

Yep st2 price is expensive, I would have thought atom ones would be that expensive.

Thats more expensive than the Core i3, 4Gb ram, 64Gb SSD version of the Acer W700!! (£598 for the Acer W700 i3) which is a lot more powerful than the Atom based tabs
