Some supps for the gym, Should last me some months.

Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Whey Protein: Strawberry
MusclePharm Assault Energy Pre Workout: Orange and mango
USN Pure Protein IGF-1: Strawberry Cream
Maximuscle Protein Bars: Cookie Dough
CNP Pro Energy Pre workout: Berry

Where did you get that massive tub of Gold Standard and how much was it?

I know its meant to be one of the best but I thinks its a bit of a jump in price compared to others just below it.

How did you choose to lift it off the delivery man? ;)

lol luckily my dad handled the situation. I had to carry it up two floors to my place which was embarrasing. Someone on the ground floor was having a smoke outside his door and I couldn't help but smirk.

I liked the fragile taped all over it.

Where or model number? Whats it like?

If you google 'gear4 wifi internet radio and click on shopping, it's the seller selling it for £49.94 inc. Even got courier delivery with 1 hour time slot included in that price. What's it like, i've only used it for internet radio so far, choice of stations as you can imagine is staggering (over 11000 stations). Sound quality isn't brilliant, but then it isn't meant to be audiophile quality, it;'s decent enough for what i need it for, and it also depends on the bitrate of the station you're listening to. The iphone based app makes finding stations much quicker and easier than using the unit itself, for scrolling through stations / typing station names in etc. This originally retailed at about £160. I would never have paid that for it, but £49.94 is a steal for what you get, it also has DAB and FM radio and is obviously an ipod dock too.

It was from Next a few years ago, was part of their Delaware collection i think. They dont make them anymore, and looking at their site there's nothing similar. (and it's all hugely expensive!)

Its a shame becuase only last week i was looking to see if i could find a 'Delaware' bookshelf or DVD storage unit. With no luck, not even on "Sittin on the dock of the"

Only just seen this reply - thanks. Even though they don't have that specific stand there are some similar looking ones from Next!

Cheers

I only purchased that much because they have a 10% Vat Freeze at the moment, + I had a 2.5% off Voucher.

£48.59 When you add to cart. Normally £53.99

I've been cycling a fair bit for the last couple of years, at a speed that I'm happy with (which has been rising) and doing some good distances. Only thing is, I hate doing it in the wet and I don't find it so much fun in the dark, as I'm pretty much confined to town roads due to the dark.

Stresses me out in winter knowing I never exercise and I feel guilty, so...

Only been out once so far and really easing into it (doing a cough to 5k program type thing on my phone), but I think I could get into it.

Definitely harder on your body, but with any luck it'll toughen me up.

I you are going to be running, you are better off getting your Gait analysed at a proper running shop and buying shoes that are appropriate for your running style. In running footwear is everything.
