Which card is better?

I've tried searching but I cannot find ANY benchmarks where they are both tested at the same settings, so does anyone know which card is the better one between a 1GB HD4650, and a 512Mb X1950 PRO?

Looking to play stuff like starcraft and L4D with them.

Is the 4650 ddr2 or ddr3?

If it's the ddr3 version, then that should be the more capable card, though there's very little in it.

My girlfriend has this card, its good for sims 3 but not much else unless you like low res (1024x768 -1280x1024) and low details.

x1950pro will be better but will consume a ton more power and make 50 times the amount of noise the 4650 will make.
