Rage quit mode!

I have found this Ultimate game to be ok, despite playing against much better teams i have still managed to find a way to contain them. Last night,i conceded two guys from corners where my defenders did not even more :mad: so i was basically playing the game from a Man Utd view 2-0 against a better team. Eventually managed to claw it back to 2-2 and won the game 3-2.

Sometimes i find it easier to score by building up the play around his penalty area switching from left right and centre etc.
 
The scripted-Ness of this game does really annoy me also but there is nothing else out there that is any good. I dominate games most of the time and concede nearly every shot on target. Fifa is the only game I can think of where you can be 10x better than someone and still lose. The last one that I enjoyed and didn't seem scripted was 09. I managed to get into the top 1000 also.
 
But how is poor control, players not jumping for a header when you're pushing the button or defenders moving out of the way even when you're controlling him to run to the ball a failing? You don't have a choice over them. There imo is some form of scripting.
 
There is absolutely no scripting, all of the things you mention are things that don't affect people who are good at the game :|

First touch is something a lot of people will take a while to get to grips with, players sometimes can't jump if they're being leaned on or otherwise restricted and I can't say I've had any problems with defenders moving out of the way.

I personally have had a lot of first touch control issues - would go as far as saying I'm pretty bad at FIFA 13, but after playing clubs for a few weeks with a Top 15 team and picking up tips I'm finding it a lot lot easier now.
 
I agree there is some scripting but in all honesty it will happen both ways. Yesterday i was 4-0 and he somehow managed to fluke two goals in. In the second half i absolutely peppered his goal with shots and somehow did not manage to add to my 4. Missed one on ones and open goals and the game ended 4-2 LOL
 
Lol wut. So pushing to jump for a header yet him not jumping means I'm bad at the game? And holding to run one way to get the ball yet he slows down and let's the striker by also means I'm bad? No sorry I'm pushing the right buttons and direction but when they make no attempt to do as I'm pushing its hardly my fault. I'm hardly a bad player. Even beat some of the best on here before such as Andy and what not. If I could recored my games you'd see what I mean. Nearly every game I have more possession and shots but can still lose to a guy who only has 2 shots compared to my 10. Happens to many times for it to be a fluke imo.

Let it be. People are naive. When i first started playing online, I used to think that it was perfect. if I shot and did not get a hit marker, then I used to think it was me. Now I know that you are not always at fault. Games/internet has its own fault.

Btw, when i play 1v1 on the same system, it feels much smoother and much funner. But online its a pain. Heck, even online seasons is better.

Also, I'm not selling just cause of scripting. The game is half finished. The servers are crap and it gets stuck every 2 seconds. Why should I keep a game like that?
 
can anyone recommend a bronze team to build?

i don't mind any nation or league, will use it in order to compete in the offline season where you need a 2.5 star team to start with. looking at a 41212 formation.
