*** Steam Halloween Sale ***

Be aware that Amnesia isn't just amnesia, it also has a fairly large modding community that has produced some real gems such as White Night, My Love(not scary but amazing story), La Caza, Nepsis, to name a few, well worth the money.
 
I should be happy that there is nothing in this sale that I want to buy but a steam sale without anything to tempt me is depressing :(
 
To anyone whose not getting afraid in Amnesia.. you're probably playing it wrong, usually you're playing with the attitude to beat the game or beat this puzzle, try and immerse yourself and it is far scarier.
 
Good sale in my eyes. Im pretty new to PC gaming so have picked up the following for under £12 in total.

Left 4 Dead 2
Amnesia
Stalker: Shadow of Chernobyl

Looking forward to Xmas sale if its going to be bigger and better than this

I bought Dungeons (complete pack), Trapped Dead and Dead Rising 2.

Probably all crap games but it only cost me £13.22 in total so I'm happy.

I really liked the old Dungeon Keeper games so I wanted to try Dungeons out when it first came out, the reviews put me off though until it was epic cheap :)
 
I think I'm gonna go for amnesia (stupid I bet, will probably be about £1 per minute lol)
Would like to get 2 others but still undecided
 
Think I will get amnesia dark descent too everyone is saying how scary this game is and I'm gonna take it as a challenge to see if I can complete this game

Someone should stream themselves playing so we could all join a Mumble server while we watch through our fingers from behind the sofa. :-)

I got it as part of a bundle ages ago but after seeing a video of the gameplay I've never been tempted to fire it up. But then I still have an occasional nightmare based on seeing Seven ages ago, and I didn't make it to the end of Saw1. I just don't think I'm cut out for horror. :->
