Derren Brown: Apocolypse

this threads funny, they are sick people not zombies, and given it isnt the end of the world as such, but rather a big disaster, with survivors, and clearly the army is still in operation from the video he saw in the hospital so society hasnt completely collapsed, going on a murdering rampage of sick people is nothing short of murder, and if thats what people would do in his case then there nothing short of nutjobs!. I know no one is actually suggesting that, but lol i cant help but feel some would only be one step away, too much dayz lol.

not saying i wouldnt arm myself for defense, but running away is the most sensible option, but really he didnt have enough time to worry to much about that.

If you were in this situation and genuinely believed it, it's do or die, it's brown trousers time. You'd be looking for food, water, making sure you had some sort of protection (club, baseball bat, shotgun) and be prepared to use it. You'd be worried constantly about supplies and also that your environment had protection. You wouldn't sleep much. You would also go out looking for stuff armed and trips would be planned and you certainly wouldn't go into the big brother diary room to make a vlog and hold this as a priority. Oh and you'd probably seriously paranoid and on edge. As soon as he was inside the compound and the zombies couldn't get in, he didn't seem that scared.

And the girl says "do we need a weapon?" and he says "nah I'm your weapon" lol. He's some martial arts expert that can fight off hoards of zombies? Why not even investigate whether that ambulance is still not working?

He was just having a little joke with the girl, to try and reassure her, he was being nice.

My god there is some incredible macho nonsense coming from some people in this thread. The ambulance was clearly now infected, there is no way I would have been going near it. In the first part we saw Ian scrubbing it down with bleach because it had been touched on the outside.

I thought the outcome was fantastic and Steve was brave and full of heart to go back for Leona. Feel good ending to an amazing piece of creative television.
