Nope. I think it would be a waste of your £450 if I suggested something within budget. If you can get £600 or more, someone might be able to do something with compromise on specification.

The AMD 5800K offers the best integrated GPU so should handle some older games ok. The cpu itself is ok too. Unfortunately the power supply is not modular but on the plus side it comes with a 5 year warrenty and is good quality (got the 550watt version myself). If you wanted to cut down the graphics performance just grab an i3 and swap the motherboard.

You can add also a magnetic disk for storage and still comes in under budget.

Have gone down the Trinity route, they perform about the same as an i3, but have a decent onboard graphic core.

can i overclock that motherboard?

No, you need one of the Z series motherboard to overclock, and a K series CPU.
