Hi,

I've just called EE to ask about the status of my order, am now being told it could be 30 days - though that's worst case scenario!

Am tempted to cancel and just wait till after xmas now and pick up a proper SIM free, was tempted by the white from Clove but not really keen on the white.

so in regards to the credit card, what needs to be blacked out?
and they also want passport - thats ok. anything else?

Royal Mail if it's just the phone.

Or Yodel if there's a speaker or free gift with the phone. So don't worry, your phone is now safely in your garden pond or hidden in the drain in front of your house, handing on a piece of string.

Been using mine since about 9am, email, maps, calls, browser and some other random apps.

Currently 69% remaining with an estimated time remaining of 23 hours :eek:

I haven't been watching any videos and I only used the camera once to show off how good the stabilisation was with video.

Pretty impressive!

Same here. I ordered it on Friday morning when P4U called. I suspect it'll arrive tomorrow. Annoyingly, over the phone, they seller didn't put my email details for despatch updates.

If I don't get it tomorrow, I'd be more gutted.

That seems pretty good. Some of the reviews seem to think the battery is pap.
 
has anybody heard from t mobile lately regarding there order.. i want to know if anbody has been given a date different to the 16th November.if so let me know of your recent chats with t mobile ( over the phone)

we had a uk mail driver deliver stuff at work and i asked him about the text they send to let you know of the delivery time..they say the automatic delivery text is a bunch of balls.sometimes they do it and sometimes they dont.

Well if it's Yodel then be careful. I used their website in the past to inform them I was going to collect a parcel (not my 920), it's a good job I went home at lunchtime as they had tried to deliver it again and decided to leave it with a neighbour.

Would have been a wasted 20 mile round trip otherwise. All for a small piece of plastic.
 
Took my phone off charge at 6:30AM this morning. Have played 2 hours of music. Taken a few calls and sent some texts as well as some light web browsing. I am at 59 % with estimated 1 day 1 hour remaining.

By now my iPhone would be at about 40%.

Yeah the battery is not bad, I guess reviewers are going nuts with watching videos, playing games and taking pictures and video.

I imagine if you do that for a few hours it will drain pretty fast.

Run the email though google translate, should be enough to give you what numbers they need I cant remember off hand sorry. :confused:

In work, if still confused I think I still have what I sent them to check.

I did that but the translation was iffy.

anyway ive sent it now. left the last 4 and first 6 of the numbers clear, blacked out the remaining and also the check/sec digits on the back and also sent my Passport picture/details too

Im on the phone to EE now, they didnt have a record of my phone order on the system (ordered on 30th), but did have my EE account and am setup and on EE already. They have just put me through to the delivery guys and on hold. This is ridiculous.

edit - Still on hold

edit 2 - The deliveries guys dont know, they also spoke to the websales people, they also didnt know. Basically there is no ETA.
