Seems mine went through 
I went for the 16GB because I'm nowhere near close to using up 16GB on my TF101, have I made the right choice?

So I have updated my payment information. What happens now? Will it refresh the payment automatically? If so, does anybody know how long it takes?
or is it best that I just re-order with another account and delete the card on that account to be sure?

What if it refreshes 24hrs from now and then all the 16gb ones are sold out?
You do understand that it is a next generation dual core?
Quad core A9 Class (Current)
Dual core A15 Class (Nexus 10)
Also check with your ccc that they have not declined the transaction.
