I'm 100% certain that you both have small hairline scratches on the screen.

They are only visible if you tilt it into light after you have polished the screen to remove dirt and dust but they will be there.

And they are the most annoying because you thought you kept it scratch free.

Never used a protector on my 800 and don't have any scratches either. If I do like you say they must be that small that I cannot see them; even after cleaning and tilting the screen. And if I can see them after a year of use; I don't really care.

just saw a new ad of the nokia lumia on comedy central - the lumia 920!

awesome. this is great promotion finally for WP devices.... a lot of people are now using the WP7 devices. yesterday I was travelling to london and saw at least 9 people using it...and on the tube, and also the tube had the MS Surface ads..... awesome.

The 920 is the sponsor of Homeland, fairly sure they were running the advert on last weeks episode, before anyone had their hands on them.

ok so this doesnt make sense. my order on cyberport (nokia lumia 920 yellow)

which means:

yet they just said they are releasing my order for credit check or something? so why is it "not in progress?
No, it means 'In progress, item not in stock'. So they are probably starting their checks so they are ready for when they receive stock in the next day or so.

LOL yes i should have used bing.

anyway... spoke to p4u and they said this about the red lumia 920 I ordered...

Lovely. I can see we are awaiting the relevant stock to complete your order, as soon as this has arrived and confirmed an email will be sent to confirm this with you. Is this okay?

makes me think that I may get the cyberport order before the p4u order. how stupid is that? an order from another country would get to you faster than the one that is local to you. stupid....utter stupid

Yeah I just called them and was told the same.

Also it's confirmed that virgin sim cards will work in the 920 right? Or has it not been confirmed by someone on here yet? There's so many pages now it's hard to keep track :)

Saw the James Corden advert on my xbox last night. Actually a pretty good advert from MS. The right sort of person they need to advertise their devices.

I hear JayZ is also being lined up to advertise WP.

Guy on the train next to me had the red 920 last night. I'm noticing more people with WP devices about which is a good sign.

Someone on here said that EE phones are apparently locked to the T-Mobile side of EE. Virgin Mobile always used T-Mobile's network.

But since the website mentions that EE, Orange and T-Mobile SIMs work I can't imagine there would be a problem.
