i couldnt keep my eyes pen at 8pm, so gave in and went to bed. woke up at 11, now wide awake :/

its on FX (american version) so il have to hunt around for it

We don't really deal with it on a 24/7 issue unless it's a major dc issue. Minor customer related issues are usually weekday evenings until about 7pm then working hours weekend. I have had a couple of serious issues that iv dealt with at night.

I have an awful sleeping pattern and I can't seem to get out of it I can't stop thinking about everything and anything and so I can't sleep.

The I Can't Sleep Thread

Yet another night

Finished work at 01:00... go to sleep at 03:00...wake up at 06:00.

Anybody else struggle with going to sleep and then staying asleep? I had my alarm set for 10:00 but looks like I'm up and awake now.

Any suggestions, I had this problem before Christmas but then it stopped. Contemplating whether to look into sleeping tablets.
